Attention Athletes
Good Afternoon Sanford Community,
With rising costs of everything, we have made the difficult decision to raise our admissions costs for sporting events. Over the past year, the cost of hiring qualified referees has risen significantly. We also foresee additional expenses coming soon with a shot clock operator. We will now be charging the recommended rates of the Southern Peaks League.
The following rates will be charged at the gate of sporting events:
High School Athletic Events
$7 Adults
$5 Students
$5 Senior citizens
Junior High Athletic Events
$5 Adults
$3 Students
$3 Senior Citizens
We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our community programs.

Jr High students will be taking a field trip tomorrow, Thursday, September 5th. We will be leaving at 8:00 and returning at 4:00. Please remind students to wear comfortable mountain clothes, good walking shoes, bring a water bottle, hat/sunglasses, and jacket/sweater. Lunch will be provided.
