Come enjoy the Art show at Moffat Schools today, March 30th from 9-5. Art club students worked hard to enter this great show.

Family Ski Days! If your child has attended a ski/snowboard day with the school program, they are eligible to take advantage of the Family Ski Days at Wolf Creek. Every person in your immediate family skis for $15 dollars or snowboards for $25. This is a super cheap way to get all your family on the mountain. See the flier. There are 3 family days left in the season.

The Baseball game for today March 27, has been canceled.

Sanford Club For the Arts
Did you know that over 2 million students across the nation do not have access to arts programs? The arts have so many benefits for both students and schools. This is why Sanford has started an art club for high school students! Each member is given the opportunity learn about different art forms from members of the community who volunteer to teach them. This includes everything from baking to pottery to poetry. The members of this club also have done projects that will be presented at a showcase toward the end of the year. We look forward to seeing the work of these talented students and welcome any community members who would be willing to join us and show their arts skills at a meeting!
Contact Jennifer Jarvies at jjarvies@sanfordschools.org if you are interested in demonstrating your art skills to the club at one of our meetings!

Hello,
I’m Dr. Nick Cutforth from the University of Denver. Since December I have been following the Sanford boys basketball team for a book that I am writing on rural school coaches.
I would like to thank Coach Crowther, Coach Sittler, and Coach Peterson for allowing me to accompany them on their journey this season. And I’d like to thank the boys for letting me into their lives during practice, home and away games, and the state championships. Finally, I’d also like to extend my appreciation to the wonderful Sanford community who have been so welcoming. Thank you.

Ski/Snowbaord forms and money are due March 13th!
